Welcome to ZonioDrop. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Service

ZonioDrop is an order data and marketing service provider. We generate customer orders through Meta marketing campaigns and provide the generated order data to our clients for fulfillment and business purposes. ZonioDrop does not manufacture, store, ship, or deliver products.

2. Order Data Delivery

Order data sheets are usually provided within 24 to 48 hours of order generation.
The order data will be available in your Orders Section.
Our team will also notify you via WhatsApp once the data has been shared.
In exceptional circumstances, technical issues, holidays, or high order volume situations, delivery of order data may take up to 48 hours.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for:

Product sourcing and inventory management
Order processing and fulfillment
Shipping and courier arrangements
Customer support and after-sales service
Handling returns, cancellations, and refunds to end customers

4. Limitation of Liability

ZonioDrop acts solely as an order data provider. ZonioDrop shall not be held liable for:

×Undelivered orders

×Customer cancellations

×Return to Origin (RTO) orders

×Courier delays or delivery failures

×Product quality issues

×Supplier-related issues

×Business losses, operational losses, or financial losses arising from order fulfillment activities

Any loss resulting from non-delivery or unsuccessful fulfillment shall be the sole responsibility of the client.

5. Refund Policy

If ZonioDrop fails to provide the agreed order data within the committed time period, a refund may be initiated.
Refund eligibility and processing time will depend on the payment method and service agreement.
No refund shall be provided for losses arising from undelivered or returned orders after the order data has been delivered to the client.

6. Marketing Source

All order data provided by ZonioDrop is generated through Meta marketing campaigns and advertising activities. While we strive to maintain data quality, ZonioDrop does not guarantee delivery success rates or profitability.

7. Modification of Terms

ZonioDrop reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using ZonioDrop's services, purchasing order data, or accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
